Meet the man who had to change his own pattern first.

Sam spent two decades in the world of corporate advertising, working for some of the biggest global brands. He loved it. Then burnout caught up with him in a way he didn’t see coming, and that moment became the turning point.

It sent him deep into the study of human behaviour, leadership, culture, and negotiation. He trained as an NLP and Hypnosis Practitioner, specialised in Ericksonian language patterns, and became certified in Mindscaping, a creative mind mapping practice.

The question driving all of it: why do capable people sabotage what they want most?

That work became EXP.
